4. Job Seeker Obligations

• Provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information
• Submit all required documents
• Comply with employment contracts and legal regulations of the destination country
• Attend pre-departure training as required
• Follow the guidelines and policies set by New World Visa Experts

5. Fees and Payment

• All recruitment and visa services are fee-based and communicated clearly in advance
• Employers must pay agreed service fees before candidate deployment
• Job seekers are not charged hidden fees beyond official service costs
• Payments must comply with legal regulations of both Uganda and the destination country

6. Liability

New World Visa Experts takes reasonable steps to verify candidates and employers but is not responsible for disputes or claims arising after deployment unless caused by documented errors on our part. Employers and job seekers acknowledge that overseas employment carries inherent risks and agree to comply with local laws.

7. Privacy

• Employer data is used solely for recruitment purposes and will not be shared without consent
• Job seeker data is used for matching with verified employers only
• Data protection is in accordance with Ugandan law and relevant UAE regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of New World Visa Experts. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

9. Refunds and Cancellations
